01 PROBLEM
Cricket academies across India were using manual spreadsheets to register players, manage sessions, and track match data. Coaches struggled to analyze individual player performance, while admins lacked real-time visibility into academy operations.

02 JOURNEY
The goal was clear. Create a centralized, AI-driven platform that connected every role in the ecosystem and made performance data actionable.
> Conducted discovery sessions with academy managers, coaches, and players to understand their pain points.
Defined 4 core personas:
1. Super Admin: Manages multiple academies, oversees player progress, and monitors AI reports.
2. Admin: Handles player registration, event setup, and daily operations.
3. Coach: Tracks player performance, uploads video analysis, and provides feedback.
4. Player: Views stats, session videos, and AI-driven improvement insights.
> Mapped data flows to unify all roles under one dashboard and mobile experience.
> Designed wireframes and built a scalable component system using Figma.
03 SOLUTION
We built Crikverse, an AI-powered analytics ecosystem helping cricket academies digitize operations, visualize performance, and improve player development.
1. Super Admin Dashboard: Controls academy network, assigns roles, and monitors insights across academies.
2. Admin Panel: Handles registrations, match setups, and player allocation for different slots.
3. Coach Interface: Uploads match footage, tracks live sessions, and reviews AI-based performance metrics.
4. Player Mobile App: Lets players view their progress, compare scores, and receive performance visualizations.
